The Mayor of the Nicosia Turkish Municipality (NTM) Cemal Bulutoğluları organized a dinner for the mukhtars of Nicosia. The Minister of Finance Ersin Tatar, the Mayor of the NTM Cemal Bulutoğluları, some members of the Municipal Council, the authoritatives of the NTM and 17 Mukhtars attended the dinner which was arranged in Çetinkaya Turkish Sports Club as a period ending dinner. During the dinner,  through the musics that were played by the Nicosia Municipal Orchestra, everyone had a great time and on behalf of all the Mukhtars who attended the dinner, the mukhtar of Taşkınköy Derviş Dizliklioğlu presented a plaque to the Mayor of the NTM Cemal Bulutoğluları for his hard works.

Bulutoğluları: Mukhtars are involved in the team work.

Making a speech in the event, the Mayor of the NTM Cemal Bulutoğluları stated that within the framework of modern city governance perception. Being a person who believes that mukhtars should be involved in the team work, Bulutoğluları made good cooperation with mukhtars in his period.

Indicating that mukhtars have a great role in municipal works and that they have more opportunites to know the problems of the area, Bulutoğluları connoted that he wants to carry on the previous cooperation to the future.

Summarizing his period of Mayoralty shortly and stating that they pay great attention to infrastructre, Bulutoğluları denoted that the asphalting works do not start before the infrastructure works are completed and he added that they will continue asphalting non-stop after this process.

Infrastructure has been completed, the next step is landscaping

Bulutoğluları denoted that after the infrastructure works are completed in Nicosia, the municipal teams will focus on pavement works besides the greening works, the beautication of the parks and increasing the number of parks.

Bulutoğluları emphasized that they will start new implementations in the new period to ease the traffic and besides this, they will implement the subway and overhead crossing projects. Moreover, Bulutoğluları underlined that he will be in cooperation with mukhtars and he will need their support in all of his works.

Tatar: The infrastructure problem was solved during the period of Bulutoğluları

In his speech, the Finance Minister Ersin Tatar congratulated the mukhtars for trying to do their best and he added that every authority should be grateful to the mukhtars.

Tatar congratulated Cemal Bulutoğluları for his effort, and continued his speech “Bulutoğluları is a hard working mayor. Tatar specified that the infrastructure problem was solved during the period of Bulutoğluları and he stated that he is sure that he and the council members will realize important works during the new period. He continued his speech saying that the Nicosia citizens love Bulutoğluları.

Davutoğlu: “Bulutoğluları is the one who knows best the problems of the mukhtars”

Thanking Bulutoğluları for his participation at such an event, the Chairman of the Nicosia Mukhtars Association, Emine Davutoğlu stated that Bulutoğluları is the one who knows best the problems of the mukhtars and he is always ready to help them. Indicating that the mukhtars unfortunately don’t receive any help spirutially or materially and this situation brings them to rebellion point, Davutoğlu wished good luck to Bulutoğluları at the elections.
