Stating that the transformation of Küçük Kaymaklı, which is the most densely populated and the largest district of  Nicosia, is continuing, the Mayor of the Nicosia Turkish Municipality (NTM), Cemal Bulutoğluları, emphasized that they are making investments with the highest budget to Kaymaklı, which was almost forgotten by the former mayors. Denoting that these investments will continue with the same speed until the end of his duty, Bulutoğluları said: “the Sewerage works have been completed. The exchange of the water pipes will be implemented in 2-3 months and the streets will be asphalted immediately. When my duty will be over, the public will be living in a modern  Küçük Kaymaklı.

Bulutoğluları: “We will create a modern Kaymaklı with implemented water and sewerage works.”

The Mayor Bulutoğluları stated that they firstly started the sewerage works in Kaymaklı, which is the largest district of  Nicosia, and he added that in 1 year they laid 1,27 km of 400 mm pipes and 15,6 km of 200 mm pipes. Uttering that they also built a pump station to Kaymaklı, Cemal Bulutoğluları, stated that they started to make the exchange of the water pipes after the implementation of the connection works of the sewerage system which includes 1.450 houses.  Bulutoğluları reminded that, within the framework of the ‘Renewing the water pipes of Nicosia’ project, which is being made possible with EU funds, the water pipes, water meters and water meter boxes are being changed in Küçük Kaymaklı and that until the end of summer, the exchanging works of the water pipes will be implemented and the streets will be asphalted immediately. Uttering that the works which continue at the east and west sides of İsmail Beyoğlu Street in 2-3 months, Bulutoğluları emphasized that they will immediately start the asphalting works which Kaymaklı residents are impatiently waiting for. “Kaymaklı residents deserve the best service but the asphalting works are delayed because of the wideness of Kaymaklı district. We didn’t want to asphalt the roads and engrave again before implementing the water and sewerage works which are indispensable infrustructure works for modern cities. If we did so, we would have spend the money of the public for nothing.  We are working under the aim of creating a modern Kaymaklı” said Bulutoğluları. 

Bulutoğluları: “Our other services are also continuing in Kaymaklı”     

The Mayor Cemal Bulutoğluları told that the other municipal services are regularly continuing in Kaymaklı. “Kaymaklı is absolutely not a cast aside district. We can even say that this district receives more services, if we compare as investments, than the other districts. Important services as cleaning, infrustcure, spraying, public works and flowering are also continuing” denoted Bulutoğluları.
