NTM is continuing foreign relations works nonstop

Nicosia Turkish Municipality (NTM), is continuing to implement successful works related to Foreign Relations after the Mayor Cemal Bulutoğluları has come to duty.

The Mayor of NTM, Bulutoğluları came together with the German Ambassador Gottfried Zeitz on Thursday, 4th December.

Connoting that he is very happy to meet the Mayor of NTM, the Ambassador Gottfried Zeitz who assumed his duty five months ago, extended his best wishes to the Mayor, Bulutoğluları.

During the visit, the Mayor of NTM gave information to the Ambassador, Zeitz about the works and future projects of NTM.

Indicating that the NTM is a recognized Municipality in the international arena but that the embargoes applied to the TRNC affect this situation negatively, the Mayor Bulutoğluları, stated that the government of the TRNC is very constructive about the Cyprus issue unlike their Greek Cypriot counterparts.

Moreover, the Mayor added to his speech that Nicosia Turkish Municipality has good relationships with the Nicosia Greek Municipality and that they have many joint projects.

The Mayor Cemal Bulutoğluları also met with the Ambassador of Portugal Antonio Jorge Jacop Carvalho last week and the High Commissioner of Australia Evan John Williams on Wednesday, 3rd December.
