The Mayor of the Nicosia Turkish Municipality, Cemal Bulutoğluları accepted the president of Cyprus Turkish Disabled Federation, Derviş Yücetürk and the president of Cyprus Turkish Orthopedic Disability Association, Mustafa Çelik.

Within the framework of  the World Disabled Week, which is being celebrated between 10th- 16th May, the Mayor of NTM, Bulutoğluları stated that, he felt happy because of the visit of the Cyprus Turkish Disabled Federation and Cyprus Turkish Orthopedic Disability Association and he added that from the first day of his duty, he made his best for the mentioned two associations like he does to the other associations.

Bulutoğluları: “I will always stand for the disabled people’”

Within the framework of changing the system of the pavements, Bulutoğluları stated that the pavements are being transformed for the use of the disabled people; Bulutoğluları added that the construction of the Town Hall has been done suitable for the disabled people.

Bulutoğluları highlighted that the Cyprus Turkish Disabled Federation and the Cyprus Turkish Orthopedic Disability Association achieved important projects together and he continued saying that “You implemented important works and I try to support you as much as I can do, I made up this my principle. After the Local Government Elections my support will continue. I promise you. Happy World Disabled week.”  

Yücetürk: “All types of details for the disabled are thought at the Town Hall.”

The Chairman of the Cyprus Turkish Disabled Federation Derviş Yücetürk indicated that, on the occasion of the World Disabled Week, they visit various authorities and explain their social and economic problems with the Chairman of Cyprus Turkish Orthopedic Disability Association, Mustafa Çelik.

Emphasizing that the Mayor Bulutoğluları is a very important Mayor for them, Yücetürk said as follow:

“The Mayor Bulutoğluları always stood for us and our association will always stand for the Mayor. This situation will never change. The Mayor Bulutoğluları constructed a very nice building. All types of details for the disabled people were thought. Unfortunately it is not possible to see a building like this everywhere.

In previous year, the Mayor Bulutoğluları also solved the car park problem of the disabled people within the borders of the Nicosia Turkish Municipality. In our opinion, this is a very important attitude which should be taken as a sample by all other municipalities.”

Çelik: “Bulutoğluları will be Mayor again”

The Head of Cyprus Turkish Orthopedic Disability Association Mustafa Çelik stated that the Mayor of the NTM, Cemal Bulutoğluları provided important supports to their association and thanked Bulutoğluları. 

Stating that they are cooperating with the Mayor Bulutoğluları for about 5 years, Çelik connoted that, as a result of this cooperation, the associations, the community and also the Nicosians gained important advantages. Emphasizing that the Mayor Bulutoğluları, never hesitated supporting associations, Çelik indicated that they want to work with the Mayor Bulutoğluları, in the next period. Çelik also added that the Mayor, Bulutoğluları will win the Local Government Elections again.
