Gönyeli Hunting Trapshooting Club is champion at trap and Lefke Hunting Trapshooting Union is champion at skeet

“The 2nd Traditional NTM Trapshooting Federation Trophy” has been implemented. The finalists have been determined at the contests which have been held on 15th-16th May on two separate polygons. Despite the hot weather, the Olympic skeet contest at Gönyeli Atatürk Polygon and the Olympic trap contest at Mutluyaka Dr. Fazıl Küçük Polygon have successfully been implemented. At the Olympic skeet contest, powdery flash plaque has been used for the first time.

The Minister of Finance Ersin Tatar watched the Olympic skeet contest at Gönyeli Atatürk Polygon. Tatar watched the final series with the sportsmen and congratulated the successful sportsmen. Denoting that he will always stand for the trapshooting sport and sportsmen, Tatar emphasized that the necessary support will be given to improve the trapshooting sport.
