Nicosia Turkish Municipality delegation as the invited guest of the Greater Municipality of Ankara, started their visits within the context of the “2. International Ankara Festival”.

The delegation, consisting of NTM Deputy Mayor Celal Cin, the members of NTM Municipal Council Fatma Sabri and Derviş Peynirci and some Municipal Officers, visited Anıtkabir and put a wreath at the mausoleum within the context of the opening of the festival. The NTM delegation was welcomed with the close interest of the Vice Chairman of the Municipal Council of Ankara, Ali İhsan Ölmez. During the Fest, the NTM delegation will make several visits and the NTM Orchestra which consists of 7 people will give concerts in different parts of Ankara.

There are stands representing the NTM and North Cyprus at the festival, which is being realized at the Atatürk Cultural Center and which will continue until July 12th.
